Assist provides in-home Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy across the lifespan. Our pediatric care supports development and participation, while our geriatric care focuses on restoring function, safety and independence at home.

For children: gross motor development, balance and mobility. For older adults: strength, gait, transfers, fall prevention and recovery after illness, injury or hospitalization.

After a hospitalization, illness or surgery, returning home can be a major transition. Our therapists help Medicare Part A home-health patients and other eligible older adults rebuild strength, mobility and confidence in the environment where recovery matters most.
